Reservoir Venture Partners maintains three Advisory Boards to assist in its operations, deal flow, and due diligence efforts:

The Fund Advisory Board is made up of representatives of the Limited Partners and is designed to deal with Fund valuation policies and other legal issues affecting the fund. In addition, this group serves as ambassadors for the Fund in the community. The members of this Board are:
